A way back · Refund policy
No questions.
No hard feelings.
Within 72 hours of a purchase, request a full refund in one click. You do not need to explain why.
Changed your mind?
One click, no questions. Refunding a purchase removes its votes from your camp, your standing and the public tally.
Loading your purchases…
01. Use the browser you paid with.
Your eligible purchases appear above, on your checkout return page and on your own card page. Choose the purchase and press Refund. Each request covers the whole purchase, including applicable tax.
The 72-hour window is measured from the recorded purchase time. Times shown here are UTC.
02. The money goes back. The votes come off.
We send your request to Stripe. A successful request does not mean the money has already reached your account: processing and bank times vary.
When Stripe confirms the reversal, the purchase’s votes are removed from the camp tally and your totals. Your rank and card tier can move down. Public numbers and card images may take a short time to catch up.
If the request fails, the page says so and you can try again. Repeating the same request does not create another refund.
03. The button is not your only option.
If the window has closed or this browser no longer recognises you, use the support details on your Stripe receipt. You do not need to make another purchase to ask for help.
Stripe is the merchant of record and may issue refunds beyond our 72-hour self-service window. That window does not restrict rights available under applicable consumer law. See Stripe’s consumer terms.
Pre-launch policy: final consumer-law wording and the site’s own monitored support contact are awaiting review. The terms draft records the remaining details.
